Associate Microscope understands that shipping sensitive instruments for service is actually counterproductive, as your microscopes are finely tuned pieces of equipment that should be handled delicately. That's why our service technicians come to you--on-site to give you face-to-face personal attention. And our services are scheduled to fit your organization's time constraints, which means your workflow goes unhampered.

With major cost-cutting in the marketplace, it just makes sense to keep your microscopes well maintained to avoid the cost of purchasing new instruments. The average labor and parts required to maintain your equipment is about 1/20th of the cost of a new instrument. With this in mind, we're sure you'll see the value of our first-class service.

What is included in the service costs?
Our service includes labor, transportation of personnel to the job site, calibrating, maintaining, cleaning, lubricating and adjusting your microscopes to meet professional industry standards necessary for accurate and precise performance. Rest assured, we stand behind our work in accordance with our guarantee.

All parts necessary are additional and will be supplied by Associated Microscope personnel at the time of the service. Parts and major repair are not covered under the flat rate or per microscope fees.

Our service guarantee:
Associated Microscope guarantees that workmanship shall be of top quality. All microscopes serviced are guaranteed to be trouble free for a period of not less than one year, or we will make the necessary adjustments needed at NO CHARGE. This guarantee applies only to our serviced instruments that have not been tampered with or misused in any way. Parts are not included.

Warranty:
We will protect manufacturing warranties where injury of to the instrument is clearly the result of inherent defect.
